Mrs. Moreno is a third generation educator and considers herself a proud Las Vegas native, having lived in the valley since her early childhood. As education was such a priority in her home growing up, she knew from a very young age that her future was in the classroom.
After graduating with honors from Bishop Gorman High School, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary Education, with an emphasis in Comprehensive English. This is her fourth year serving the Pinecrest community and her eighth year serving in a charter environment. Mrs. Moreno is a strong advocate for school choice in Clark County and a true believer in the charter philosophy. She also enjoys working with Student Council and loves collaborating with student leaders to create dynamic school culture and build their leadership skills through event planning, fundraising, and college and career preparation.
Mrs. Moreno looks forward to partnering with students and their parents this year as Student Support Advocate to help students set academic and behavioral goals, promote self-discipline and advocacy, and inspire students to impact their community in positive ways.
