General Homework Expectations

Most assignments can be finished in class if students manage their time responsibly; “homework” will  typically be to complete any assignment not finished in class.  Larger projects will be assigned periodically throughout the year.  Parents and students will be notified well in advance of deadlines for larger assignments and projects.

Support at Home

Check assignments and announcements posted here and/or on Canvas. Check for any work categorized as "Overdue" on Canvas and ensure it is completed and submitted.

Social Studies:

  • Tomorrow (3/15) marks the end of the 3rd grading period.  Any make-up or re-submissions for the Silk Road Project Packet need to be made by the end of tomorrow. Any late work for the Greece Unit turned in after tomorrow may not reflected in the grade shown on the 3rd Quarter Report Card, though I will still be accepting make-up work for that unit until 4/12.
  • Next Thursday (3/21) students will take the Ancient Greece Test.  Students have either already received the study guide for this test or will be receiving it tomorrow.  A digital copy of the study guide and links to review games have been posted on Canvas.
